Macelle L. Miley, Age 80

A resident of North Richland Hills, Tx peacefully entered eternal rest Wednesday, December 20, 2023. She was born October 4, 1943, and she was an alumnus of Pine High School. She pursued a career at Louisiana State University while living in Baton Rouge. Enjoying retirement, she moved to Covington, La to spend more time with her middle son and her grandchildren. Eventually settling in North Richland Hills, Tx to enjoy her time with her oldest and youngest sons and their wives.
Macelle enjoyed many activities such as shopping, working in her flower beds and traveling abroad. She enjoyed re-purposing thrifted items and creating home decor. While traveling she enjoyed many outdoor activities such as fishing, biking and collecting rocks to display in her home flower beds. She enjoyed making others happy by gifting them items from her shopping and re-purposing excursions. She loved spending her time with her sons and daughters-in law, and her three granddaughters and her six great grandchildren.
Macelle is survived by her beloved husband Roy Cogburn. She was proceeded in death by her first husband John D. Vincent Sr. Macelle was a beloved mother and is survived by her three sons and wives: J. David Vincent Jr. & Cheri Parnell Vincent,
W. Dale Vincent & Gwinette Busby Vincent, and
Dwyane C. Vincent & Carrie Shadduck Vincent.
She is survived by her granddaughters and their significant others:
Ashley & Randall Seal,
Alyssa Vincent & Gary Schwandt II,
Jewel Vincent & Shane Pierre Jr.
Also she is survived by her great grandchildren:
Cadin, Coltin, Cheyanne & Trey Seal,
Evangeline Vincent and
Freya Pierre.

Arrangements are as follows:
Central Missionary Baptist Church, 56413 North Central Church Rd. Angie, La 70426
On January 27, 2023, at 10am to 3pm
To be followed by graveside prayer and burial at Miley Cemetery, 7 Mile Rd. Angie, La

There are many people that we meet in our lives but only a very few will make a lasting impression on our minds and hearts.
