A few people have asked what you actually take home from the Sculpture Session, so here it is.

There are three ways to take it home. The Folio is two 5x7 prints, matted in a custom bound book, for $349 plus the $200 Session Fee. Collection I is an 11x14 turned-edge print, float-mounted in a custom gold frame, with its matching digital image, for $1,199. Collection II is a 16x24 in the same frame, with its matching digital and one more of your choice, for $1,799. That’s the one I’d hang over a bed. The Session Fee is waived on both framed Collections, and they all come with interest-free payment plans.

I hear a lot of reasons for not booking this session, and I understand all of them. I’ve said a few myself about being in front of the camera. But not one of them is a reason you can’t have a portrait that’s just yours.

You don’t need to know how to pose, you choose your comfort level, and nothing is shared without your approval. The Folio starts at $549, and there are interest-free payment plans on everything.

Some of the oldest art in the world is of the human body, carved in marble by someone who thought it was worth the effort. I think about that a lot when I’m draping fabric on someone who’s convinced they aren’t photogenic.

The Sculpture Session is a fine art portrait inspired by those statues. I style you in silk and chiffon, guide every pose, and you decide your comfort level the whole way through. You go home with a portrait in a custom gold frame.

This is the Sculpture Session, and I’ve been waiting a long time to share it!

It’s a fine art portrait inspired by classical sculpture. You come in, I drape you in silk or chiffon, and I guide every pose while you decide how much or how little you want to show. You leave with a portrait in a custom gold frame that looks like it belongs in a gallery, not your camera roll.

A first look at the Sculpture Session, before it opens to everyone on Monday.

Silk, soft gallery light, and a portrait that ends up framed in gold, hanging like something you’d find in a museum. I’ve wanted to make this session for a long time, and seeing these images come off the camera was a good reminder of why.
