My social media has definitely been on a “summer schedule” these past few months. 😎

As of today, my kids are back in school and I’m back to posting more regularly on social media.

Even though I’m not really that excited about it...yet.

While it can take time to adjust to new routines, once I have established one, I know I always benefit from the results.

So I’m starting easy this week. Not overthinking it, not setting any expectations.

My only plan is to post on school days and share what’s on my mind.

The goal is not short term results.
The goal is building a habit.

Because I know that habit will produce results in the long run.

Dutch Bros is a VIBE. ✌️💙❤️😃

Did you know that on the eve of every new store opening they host a Culture Drop pep rally for their crew members and invite regional teams and even a few select super fans from across the country?

I had the honor of photographing it in Des Moines. 📸

The energy was high, the drinks were amazing, the dance floor was packed and no one ever stopped smiling, including me.

I love companies who invest as much in their team culture as they do in their customer experience. Because it all starts from within. ❤️

I could feel it at this event. And now I’m a fan for life.

Amy didn't wait until she had clients to start showing up as a legit business owner.

When Amy booked her personal branding photoshoot, she was still building her biz, The Elevated Workflow, a virtual assistance business specializing in social media and email content for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

And she knew she wanted to look professional from Day 1.

As she put it, this wasn’t a side hustle she was hoping to make a few hundred dollars from. This was her new career—and she wanted her visuals to reflect that.

Amy wasn’t starting from scratch. She was bringing a decade of experience as a teacher, along with the skills she’d built over the years, into a new business.

Women supporting women—it’s what I love to do. And a huge part of why I started this business in the first place. 🫶
