Hellooo! 😆

Having recently moved to Des Moines area I have been scouting out so many new potential locations for shoots! With that being said I’ll still be around southeastern Iowa of course. Des moines has several different studios, parks, and a beautiful down town area to shoot at.

Hi there!

I’m Josie, but you might know me as Jrea or most of the time Jos. I’m an Iowa-based digital photographer with a deep love for all things creative.

I thought it might be time to introduce myself on here!
I graduated from UIowa with a degree in graphic design where I learned how powerful design and visual communication can be. What started as me taking a photo class out of curiosity quickly became a passion for capturing intentional moments.

When I’m not behind the lens, you can find me working on new passion projects, spending time at the lake, crafting any and all things, or grabbing an iced chai from the local coffee shop. My goal is to always create work that feels meaningful and intentional.
