We have a lot of new faces & friends here which made me realize, I haven’t reintroduced myself since 2024 😅
Hi, hello! My name is Zoë and I’m 24(I’m a Pisces🐠). When I was six weeks old a virus caused my heart to fail, but it didn’t present itself till years later. When I was 6yrs old I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy are diseases of the heart muscles where the chambers can become stretched, stiff or thick which affects the hearts ability to pump blood throughout the body. In some cases it’s manageable with medication and lifestyle changes. My case was different. Only a few months after my admittance to the Cleveland Clinic was I put into a medical induced coma to prevent my heart from working overtime.
On December 2nd 2006 I received my second lease on life, I got a new heart!!
I was born & raised right here in Ohio. I graduated from Elyria High School in 2021 and I had originally started going to college to pursue a career in the medical/psychology field, which didn’t work out in the way I had hoped so I had to shift gears and change directions! 🗺️
I wanted to find a way to still give back to the world while doing something that fueled my soul, something that made me feel like I was alive and not just living. Which is how I found myself falling into photography.
As corny as it sounds, photography wholeheartedly saved me. Photography helped me make amazing friends and create a community within what I do that I can share with other people. I actually met my bestest friend through photography and she’s been alongside of me since I started. Life works in crazy ways and I’ve always told myself “my path was deterred for a better plan”.
I would pick the trials and tribulations of this life one thousand times over. I could not be more thankful for all of you guys, my clients, friends & family. I hope everyone always feels safe in front of my lens and with me. I will forever be here for anybody and everybody ❤
Thank you guys, again, for giving me the platform and space to create freely and without strict limitations. With that being said, let’s run away to somewhere cool together and take pics!
