Meet Arjun! 🏀 Arjun is a senior at Holy Angels, and I loved getting to know him during our session! He was a little quiet at first, but as the session went on, he warmed up and let more of his personality shine through. By the end, I even managed to get a few laughs out of him! 😊

Arjun eats, sleeps, and dreams basketball, and he’s hoping to take his game to the next level by playing in college next year. I’m excited to see where his passion and hard work take him! Wishing you all the best, Arjun, as you finish out your senior year and chase those basketball dreams! 🏀📸

Meet Isaiah! 🎓🍂

Isaiah is a senior at Eden Prairie High School, and his senior session was a family affair! Mom, Dad and his sister tagged along for the fun, making it an evening full of memories. We spent a beautiful evening walking around, taking in the fall colors and enjoying a picture-perfect sunset.

Isaiah keeps busy playing baseball, singing in choir and playing the saxophone. With so many interests and talents, I have no doubt he has a bright future ahead of him!

Isaiah, I hope your senior year is one to remember and that all the exciting things ahead bring you plenty of reasons to smile! 📸

Meet Patrick! 📸

Patrick was such a fun one to photograph! He was totally chill, went with the flow, and made the whole session feel easy and relaxed. Having his little brother as my son’s best friend added an extra layer of comfort and familiarity, which made the session that much more fun!

Patrick is a senior at Holy Family and a member of the eSports team. While he hasn’t quite figured out his plans for next year, I have no doubt he’ll be an asset wherever life takes him. Sometimes the best paths are the ones we haven’t figured out just yet, and I’m excited to see where his journey leads!

Congratulations, Patrick! Enjoy every minute of your senior year! 🎓

Thad is a senior at Edina High School, and while I missed the opportunity to have him as a kindergartner at OLG, I did have the privilege of teaching his older sister and getting to know Thad and his family throughout the years. So, getting to capture his senior photos felt pretty special!

Photographing Thad was so much fun. Like most boys, he wasn’t exactly thrilled about spending some of his weekend hours taking photos, but we made the most of it—and I think he may have even enjoyed himself after a while. 😉

We connected over running, and it turns out Thad is pretty good at it! He’s running cross country this year and absolutely killing it. He’s also on the alpine ski team, runs track, and when he’s not busy running or skiing, you can find him volunteering his time with GiGi’s Playhouse.

Thad is such a well-rounded, kind, and hardworking young man, and I have no doubt he’s going to do some pretty great things. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you, Thad!

Thanks for following my lead and going along with all my ideas—you’re the real MVP! 🏆

Ellie is a senior at Chanhassen High School, and I was so excited when her mom told me she wanted to have her senior photos taken at the same spot where I photographed her sister a couple of years ago. Their grandparents’ home on Lake Minnetonka has the most stunning grounds and setting, but there’s something even more special about having your senior photos taken somewhere that holds so much meaning for you and your family.

There’s something beautiful about coming back to a place filled with memories and creating new ones in the midst of such an important season of life.

We had the most perfect evening, complete with the best sunset, and Ellie added so much beauty to an already gorgeous landscape. I’m so grateful I got to capture her here, in a place that means so much to her family. What a beautiful night and an even more beautiful chapter to remember. ✨

Josh—or “Tiny,” as his dad calls him—was definitely a fun human to photograph! This big guy has an even bigger heart, and he reminded me so much of my second-born son. He’s the sweetest, most easygoing dude, and spending the evening with him was an absolute treat.

His mom and I had a pretty good time poking fun at him and saying completely absurd things in an attempt to get him to laugh. I’m not sure how well our antics worked for Josh, but I was definitely entertained! 😂

Josh is a baseball guy through and through and is hoping to continue playing in college. I have no doubt he’ll bring that same laid-back personality, big heart, and love for the game wherever he goes.

Good luck, Josh! I had so much fun capturing this chapter of your story! ⚾️
