Breaking down one of our Custom Premium Edit videos and what actually makes it different from a standard listing video. 🎬

It starts with how we shoot the property more intentional angles, different lenses, tighter detail shots, and more time spent highlighting the features that make the home unique.

Then in the edit, we slow things down, refine the pacing, and can add custom elements like AI enhancements and day-to-night transitions to help create a more elevated final look.

These edits are built for properties that deserve a little more time, detail, and attention.

Back reviewing another one of our Premium Edit videos this time with the Rosekrans + Stines Team. 🎬

They came to us with a really creative idea built around the detached garage, and we got to take that concept and push it even further.

We added custom effects, tighter detail shots, wider cinematic angles, and used AI to help visualize what the garage could become a golf simulator, woodworking shop, or even a car shop.

The biggest difference with these Premium Edits is that we can shape the entire video around what actually makes the property special.

For this one, that meant spending more than half the video highlighting the acreage, exterior, detached garage, and the possibilities that came with it.

That’s what we love about these projects, taking a good idea and building a whole video around it.

What it actually took to film Urban Acres’ frozen Realtor fly-through.

Dry runs, calling out rooms, keeping everyone frozen, reviewing takes, resetting positions, and running it again until the timing worked.

The final video may look seamless, but behind the scenes, there was a lot of communication, coordination, and a little chaos.
