Today is a special day—it’s Jon’s birthday! 🖤

He’s the camera equipment carrier, the ultimate ball thrower for Vader so I can get those perfect action shots, my biggest supporter and somehow never complains when photography takes over our weekends. None of what I do would be possible without him behind the scenes.

✨ New Logo Reveal ✨

I’m so excited to finally share my new logo! 🖤

HUGE shout out to Meghann Leigh Creative LLC! Such a quick turn around, communication the entire process. I felt like I was chatting with a friend I’ve known forever. 🖤 Thank you Meghann! 👏🏼

When I started this journey, I wanted a logo that felt like me, something that represented not only my photography business but also my love for dogs, nature, and the moments that matter most. The forest silhouette reflects my love for the outdoors, while the dog peeking through symbolizes one of the biggest passions behind my camera.

What makes this logo even more special is that the designer matched the ears to Vader’s ears. 🥹 Anyone who knows me knows how much he means to me, so having that little piece of him incorporated into my brand makes this logo incredibly personal and meaningful.

This isn’t just a new logo, it’s a reflection of my journey, my passion and the heart behind Denika Darragh Photography. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. 💋

Last night, I got to spend some time with this handsome guy and his mom at their farm and he was an absolute dream in front of the camera. As one of my ‘Breed-Goal Models’, I was beyond excited to finally photograph a Dalmatian and Stryker did not disappoint. 🖤🤎

At just 16 months old, this liver-spotted boy is already making a name for himself in the show world. He competes in Conformation, runs FastCAT and is even trying his paw at dock diving this year. But when he’s not showing off his athletic side, he’s a total goofball who loves swimming, chasing a ball, and spending time with his favorite person…. You guessed it, his mom. 🖤

I think it’s safe to say he absolutely nailed his session even though, all he wanted to do was eat the tall grass. 🤣🖤

I never got around to posting about my boy! 🥰

Vader completed his first two FastCAT runs this weekend, and what made it even more special… I got to photograph them!

He absolutely crushed it, running 8.7 seconds on his first run and 8.4 seconds on his second! Watching him figure out the game and give it his all was such a proud moment.

I’m so proud of you Vader! I can’t wait to see where this FastCAT journey takes us! 🖤

What an awesome DAY 2! 🐾

It may have rained and I may have spent most of the day hiding under my tarp but thankfully the weather eventually cleared and I was able to get back out and enjoy the action.

Another day of seeing so many incredible dogs run their hearts out! Here are just a few of the amazing pups I had the pleasure of photographing today. I am absolutely BEAT but it was so worth it. You guys are going to love these photos!

Now comes the fun part… sorting through over 6,000 images! Please be patient with editing times as I work through them all. If you already know you’d like to purchase images, feel free to send me a message or email me. Priority editing can be done within reason (and I say that because I have a feeling my inbox is about to get very busy after this post 😂).
