FULLY BOOKED. f o r g o o d

My last month in the MMP Studio is officially fully booked! I am so thankful to everyone who I have had the chance to see again these past few months- saying goodbye to some of my clients I’ve grown close with has been weird, to say the least.

A FEW PONITS-

💛 Although my doors are closing, my talent will never die! To all of my current clients who still want to work together in the future, there will always be a way!

💛 Photogs still interested in learning- stay tuned.

💛 To everyone who has followed me along this amazing, life changing journey- KEEP WATCHING 👀 I bet you’ll still be interested in what I do next!!

💋✌️

My final mentoring opportunities inside the MMP Studio are officially here. 🤍

Before I close this chapter, I wanted to create a few last opportunities for photographers to step inside my studio and learn alongside me in the space where I’ve spent years creating, experimenting, growing, and building Mia-Monroe Photography.

We’ll dive into the intention behind the work—the lighting, posing, styling, client experience, creative decisions, and business choices that have helped shape my photography and my career.

For these final mentorships, I’ve created two ways to learn:

✨ 1:1 Mentorship
A completely personalized experience built around you—your work, your questions, your goals, and the areas you want to strengthen most.

✨ Small Group Mentorship (2 days) | 3–6 Photographers
An intimate, hands-on learning experience where we can create, ask questions, problem-solve, and learn together without getting lost in a large workshop environment.

These will be some of the last opportunities to learn with me inside the MMP Studio before I close its doors, and that makes these feel especially meaningful to me.

If you’ve been telling yourself, “one day I want to learn from her…”

This is that day. 🤍

📸 Turnkey photography studio for sale

An incredible opportunity to take over a fully established, move-in-ready photography studio in a highly visible Bolingbrook location!

Located at 501 S. Weber Road, Unit 105, the studio sits directly off I-55 with storefront visibility along busy Weber Road—making it easily accessible for clients throughout Chicagoland.

This approximately 2,000-square-foot studio is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped for portrait, branding, maternity, family, bo***ir, commercial photography, or content business. Skip the time, expense, and stress of building a studio from the ground up—everything needed to begin operating is already in place.

Studio features include:

* Professionally built cyclorama wall
* Beautiful natural light
* Fully built private studio suite
* Extensive collection of canvas backdrops
* Studio equipment included
* Decorative chandeliers
* Large garage door for easy equipment, prop, and furniture access
* Private, newly renovated bathroom
* Main-road storefront with convenient highway access

The space is leased, with the existing lease intended to transfer to the new owner, subject to landlord approval. This is an ideal opportunity for a photographer, content creator, production company, or creative professional looking for an established, polished space without the cost and delay of a complete buildout.

🗝️ Move in, open the doors, and begin creating immediately.
