The stream of sunlight coming in through the window, that newborn smell, and a puppy with a new best friend. What more could you ask for, really? ☀️💛

On a related note… It’s Friday and all I want to do is scream and jump and throw on some short sleeves and run outside because it’s finally SPRING! Everyone, everyone, call me and have me come photograph your springtime joy too! There’s literally nothing else I want to do.

Let’s close our eyes and imagine… it’s not grey and gloomy outside. No, it’s Spring. The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, the sun is shining. Oh, and we’re off to shoot a Senior session this golden hour. Obviously 🎓🌸

This session was so much fun. We met at her college campus and had the whole place to ourselves. We got so lucky with the absolute best weather we could have hoped for and I am just dreaming of more nights like these coming up soon. (On a related note: please remember that in just a weeks time, sunset will officially be at nearly 7pm! 🚨)

It has been so long since I’ve shared anything here. If I’m being completely honest, life got the best of me for a while there. Fall sessions followed by the holidays and all accompanied by a million kid events and just… now it’s February. I have dozens upon dozens of sessions to share with you all. Families, newborns, maternity, and seniors. I am so grateful for every single person who has trusted me with capturing their special milestones and portraits in this last season and am extraordinarily excited for all that 2026 has in store.

To start things off, the sweetest winter newborn session with the most warm and welcoming family, including two furry siblings who are obsessed with their new best friend.

Let me present to you… Some of my favorite people in my absolute favorite season 🍂🍁 I cannot believe I haven’t shared this session yet but here we are. I am lucky enough to have known this family since way before any of us were married or had any kids and now, I get to photograph their babies and watch as all of our kids grow up as besties 🧡

No one can stand in the way of a big sis who just wants to hold onto her little bro 🏆✨

I met this beautiful family when we both had new 2020 babies and were navigating newborn life in an upside-down world. Having families choose me year after year to preserve their memories… it’s the best feeling in the world 💛
