What is a portfolio photoshoot?
A portfolio photoshoot, in broad terms, is a photoshoot that captures the subjects talent. In this case, both Berlin & I were working together with a collaborative photoshoot to help build each others portfolios: mine as a photographer and MUA, and hers as a model and wardrobe stylist.
I did her makeup before the photoshoot, probably at my little hole in the wall apt in the hood, or in the back of my car, and then we were on our way! We would work guerrilla style, where we just photograph anywhere at anytime and just utilize the scenery we have available to us.
This photoshoot is probably 10+ years old now, but some of my favorite work will always be my work with .
She has since deactivated her modeling pages so all credit will be tagged with , per her request.
