In the wee hours of the night we do odd things like, not sleep. It's at those times that we find those files that make us giggle, remind us of the past and those that have made us smile. A couple random images that came across my screen in the quiet hours while everyone was sleeping..... Rachel & Mason have been around for years (since he was a baby) and I'm honored to know them. She is an amazing woman, who on a photoshoot, can whip up hair and makeup like a magician on crack! I give odd vague descriptions with even vaguer hand motions and I think dolphin sounds and she translates that into magic. Somehow, she gets it! Talented and beautiful. Then to come across the images of her & Mason as a young guy all carefree! What mom can't appreciate that moment in time! Seriously?? These moments go by so fast. One minute they are dragging you into the ocean, the next they are asking you to drop them off around the corner like they were hatched from an egg and they don't have a mother! It happens so fast! So embrace those crazy fun da!s. Run into the water with them. Worry about the hair & makeup later. Or better yet, let someone like Hair by Rachel Darrah do it for you, and have those moments captured by someone, like me, inky-dinky-do) or another professional..... Because they don't ask you to play in the ocean forever. Before you know it.... they will be asking another girl.... Yep, that got your attention! Scary thought! Hang in there moms! I know a lot of you sent your babies to college this year. Yikes, we are getting older together!!!
