1. Build in time to slow down: Instead of packing the itinerary, slow down and build in extra time at locations to take the moment in. Sit with a thermos of coffee, watch the light change, appreciate the view.

2. Choose a weekday: Weekdays often mean fewer crowds which will provide a more intimate experience.

3. Plan an activity after your ceremony: Whether it’s a picnic with your loved ones, popping champagne at sunset, hiking to a new place together, or a paddle board adventure, having an experience planned afterward makes your elopement feel like a full day of celebration.

At the end of the day, the best elopements are the ones that feel authentically YOU. 🤍

How to create a relaxed start to your elopement day: give yourself more time than you think you need.

A slow morning can completely change the feel of your day. Instead of rushing from one thing to the next, you actually get time to be present — making coffee together, getting ready without stress, taking in the excitement, and easing into the day instead of sprinting into it.

We always tell our couples that less is more when planning an elopement timeline. The days that feel the most meaningful usually aren’t the ones packed full of activities. They’re the ones with space to breathe.

Some of the best moments happen when there’s room for you to breathe.

POV: your spring elopement feels like a slow morning in the mountains 🌿💐

One of the best things about planning a spring elopement in Wenatchee is that it doesn’t have to be a huge production to feel unforgettable. The wildflowers, mountain views, and quiet trails this time of year already create so much magic on their own.

A few things couples don’t always realize about spring elopements in Washington:

• Wildflower timing changes every year depending on snowpack + elevation

• Sunrise ceremonies usually mean fewer people, quieter trails, and the softest light

• Mid-April through June is one of the best windows for lush green landscapes before Eastern Washington starts drying out for summer

• Wenatchee gives you incredible mountain views without some of the crowds you’ll find in other areas of Washington

Sharing this spring elopement in Wenatchee because these photos feel exactly like what spring in the mountains is supposed to feel like. 🌼🌱
