My name is Anastasiia. Though I am a photographer, I also consider myself to be a storyteller. The truth is, most photographers can shoot nice portraits.

But it takes a lot more than that to capture a story – the way he looks at you when he sees you for the first time, the glistening of your father’s tear-filled eyes during the father-daughter dance, or the smug expression of the flower girl who thinks that this wedding is for her as she meanders down the aisle. about us

What I’m passionate about is capturing every raw, beautiful, funny, heartfelt

, romantic, emotional moment that takes place on the most important day of your life. Though every wedding day has to come to an end, photographs have the incredible ability to live on forever, allowing us to remember and re-live every special moment. What you should know about me is that I absolutely love what I do. One of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer is making a lasting connection with my clients. I create a relaxed environment and am very easy to work with. My husband Vadim is my second shooter (it comes in handy having someone who can read your mind). We are based out of Asheville, NC but we also do a lot of work in South West Florida.

It’s been a very long time since my last post but I’m pretty sure no one has noticed since all our lives have been preoccupied for the past few months. 2020 has definitely been a very interesting year to say the least. Most of our large weddings are postponed to 2021 but guess what?! You can’t cancel love. Couples still want to get married and celebrate each other. It’s been a very special summer capturing intimate weddings with a small guest list and it has been such an amazing experience. Jake and Maggie were supposed to have over 200 people at their wedding and at the end of the day they chose to say their “I do” in front of their immediate family while their friends from all over the world watched it live. How perfect is their ceremony spot at ? Maggie wore her mom’s dress and veil that are 47 years old, they cut their wedding cake with a perfect mountain backdrop and had a gorgeous table setting for their private dinner. 2020 has no rules if you want to celebrate, do it in your own way ❤️

NIdhi called me 2 weeks ago and asked if I'd be available to photograph their elopement. Their original wedding date was supposed to be on 06.06.20 but because of COVID they had to postpone it to next year. You can't cancel love though and the couple couldn't wait any longer to make it official. They got married on their friends property and planned everything within a week. Nidhi's sister did all the calligraphy, they set up a beautiful dessert table with coffee and said their "I do" surrounded by their closest family and friends. I'm so happy that Vadim and I got to be a part of such a sweet and intimate ceremony. It was so meaningful! Congratulations James and Nidhi!We can't wait to celebrate you next year again

It’s no secret that with everything going on in the world right now, Italy has experienced a lot of grief and sadness. My heart aches for this beautiful country, but getting to look back on an engagement shoot I did there brings me so much joy. I can't wait to go back and visit Italy and eat my weight in pasta

I loooove shooting details. That’s what I usually start photographing as soon as I arrive to the wedding. I love seeing every little detail that was important to the couple. Greg’s and Katie’s invitation had an illustration of the protea (one of my favorite flowers) and than she had the same flower in her bouquet. Also Katie hiked and danced the whole night away in those Jimmy Choos which she claims to be the most comfortable pair of heels. Every little detail tells the story of your wedding day

Sometimes when Vadim joins me for an engagement shoot we create magic ✨ This video was such a spontaneous idea right in the middle of the photoshoot. The light was unreal and we got to film a little bit of what the moment felt like. I hope you can feel the warmth ☀️ I haven’t been posting much because editing completely took over my life but I just want to say how much I love all my beautiful couples and how grateful I am to be a part of each one of your stories Xx
