Happy April. This time last year I was shooting a wedding and feeling like my photography was going to launch. I felt as the months went by, I lost myself. I lost my love for the art and my focus was not where my heart was. So, I took a break, found a new job and totally immersed myself in this job and put photography on a shelf to pick up later when my heart and focus aligned again, my creativity flowing freely, and projects that truly speak to me. This week, I visited a job sight I took some marketing photos for a few years ago. It was a blast from the past and the reminder I needed of how far I’ve come, how just because the timing doesn’t align doesn’t mean it can never happen, and most importantly enjoying the journey. With that, books are open again& I would love to take your photo and create a lasting memory we can both cherish🌷🪻🌻

The sweetest photoshoot with

Andrea was at first pretty hesitant about being infront of a camera but I reassured her that she is beautiful, and that I will guide her and reassure her in order to feel comfortable. We took photos in Marshall where Andrea is working on some amazing projects on a farm, and within the community of Marshall! These final results blew me away! Back in March, I had the opportunity to capture Scott and Ev’s wedding! Getting to know them and hear their love story has got to be one of the most special moments in my year thus far. I loved everything about this intimate backyard wedding, it was raw and real! I also love and deeply appreciate when clients turn into friends.
