This year’s Anti-Bully Session looked a little different because Iowa weather decided it wasn’t going to cooperate with us! Thankfully, I had my studio, so we were still able to make it happen!
I absolutely LOVE this session and what it stands for. With social media bullying being such a huge problem, I think it’s more important than ever to remind our kids how amazing, strong, and worthy they are, exactly as they are. Every child deserves to feel confident, loved, accepted, and proud of who they are, no matter what anyone else says.
One of my favorite things about doing this session year after year is watching these amazing kids' confidence grow stronger and stronger. Seeing them come into their own, believe in themselves, and grow more confident each year will never get old for me.
That’s what makes this session so special to me. It’s about more than just taking pictures. It’s about confidence, strength, self-love, and reminding these kids that they are MORE than what anyone on social media says about them.
Be kind. Lift each other up. You never know what someone else is going through. Let's be the reason someone smiles instead of the reason they doubt themselves.
