MANA & SAPPHIRE ❤️‍🔥

Bloody hell, these two are FUN.

Our friendship actually started when Sapphire volunteered Mana as tribute to paint the windows of our old character house over summer in exchange for wedding photography. 😂 A pretty unconventional way to find your wedding photographer, but I reckon I got the better end of the deal!

And honestly, they’re just the BEST humans. The kind of people you meet and instantly feel like you’ve known forever. They absolutely radiate love, laughter and the kind of energy that’s ridiculously contagious.

Their engagement session was an absolute bloody hoot, and if this is anything to go by, their wedding is going to be one for the books.

I literally CANNOT WAIT to meet their families, celebrate with all their favourite people and watch these two get married. 🥹❤️

Absolute BELTER of a day for my first wedding back this season with Shannon & Poss! ☀️

Truly could not have loved hanging out with these two and their people any more if I tried. What a bloody good day.

It was an absolute scorcher, and the stunning Tai Tapu Hotel was the backdrop for it all. Somehow, in all my years photographing weddings, I’d never actually shot one here before, but consider me SOLD.

Such a fun spot, such a cool atmosphere, and genuinely such a lovely experience for guests too.

What a way to kick off wedding season. If this is how we’re starting, I’m in for a VERY good summer. ❤️

**WHATEVER THE TAIL END OF YOUR ORIGINAL GALLERY LINK IS STAYS EXACTLY THE SAME!**

You just need to replace the first part of the link with the new address.

So if you've got an old gallery link saved in your emails, simply update the beginning and you're good to go!

GEORGE, GRACE & SASS 🐕

A paddock in Mount Somers, the last of the evening sunshine, two very lovely humans and one dog who was absolutely convinced this entire photoshoot had been organised for her✨

Honestly, what more could you want?

This one is a little bit special to me. Grace was actually one of my very first muses back when I got one of my first cameras and was desperately looking for people to photograph. I also used to work in banking with her mum, who I absolutely adore🫶🏻

So, all these years later, to have Grace ask me to photograph her wedding feels pretty darn special. It’s such a privilege to have people who’ve followed along since the very beginning come back and trust me with these big moments in their lives.

We had the BEST little evening (all of these captured in LESS than 15 minutes) wandering around my friend’s beautiful paddock, laughing, chasing the light and occasionally remembering that George and Grace were supposed to be the main characters. Sorry, Sass 😅

December cannot come soon enough. I am SO excited to photograph these two getting married.

At home with the Hornblows 😭🥹

I’ve known Kirstie and Robin for what feels like a lifetime. We had a million mutual friends back in the day, and eventually they asked me to photograph their engagement and wedding, which was further back than any of us would probably care to admit 🤣

Somewhere along the way, they became very dear friends of mine, and I absolutely adore them. And now they have these ridiculously hilarious, gorgeous little kids, including Wade born just weeks apart from my little Fox + Emersyn who is so bloody magic. I only wish we lived closer so we could spend more time together 🫶🏻

Being invited into their home to photograph this little chapter of their lives was just the BEST. No real plans, just following the kids around and getting completely immersed in whatever they felt like doing. Feeding lambs, cows and chickens, running around the lawn, and generally being authentically chaotic in the most wonderful kid way possible

I genuinely thought I was going to pass out from the cuteness approximately 47 times (per minute) and may of collapsed in a pile on the floor when my ovaries tried to combust multiple times

There is something so special about photographing people you’ve known for years, watching their lives grow and change, and getting to document all these little bits of it along the way 🥹

I love this family. I love these photos. I love their hilarious kids and their beautiful, slightly chaotic little world.

Could not love any of it more. ❤️

Especially in a year where I’ve made some pretty big changes, launched ARCHIVES and really leaned into creating work that feels like me, having you guys back it like this means more than I can say.

I don’t take for granted that you choose me to document the important stuff. Ever.

So yep. That’s 2026. FULL. 🥹

Photographing photographers is always a little bit fun, especially when it’s someone whose work (and personality) I love 👀

Lucy from Lucy Jane Photography is ridiculously talented, incredibly creative and also just a really fun human, so when we talked about swapping headshots I knew we had to make them feel like HER.

Nothing too serious. Nothing too “standard photographer headshot”. Just a bit creative, a bit fun, and full of personality.

We ended up with a very large gallery because apparently we don’t know when to stop 😂

A NEW CHAPTER 🤍

Thirteen years ago, at 21, I picked up a camera with absolutely no idea where it would take me. Today, Sarah Clements Photography becomes ARCHIVES by Sarah.

Over those years I’ve changed, and so has the way I see my job. I’ve photographed weddings around the world, watched couples become families, babies grow up, and become a wife and mum myself.

Somewhere along the way I realised I’m not really taking photos for right now. I’m taking them for later.

For the wedding day that went by far too fast. The baby who suddenly isn’t a baby anymore. The people you love, the places you’ve been, and all the little details of a chapter you don’t realise are important until you’re onto the next one.

That’s what ARCHIVES means to me. A record of the people, places, chapters and moments worth preserving.

And with this new chapter, I’m bringing back a bit more colour, creativity and fun too. More playing, more experimenting, more of the things that made me fall in love with photography in the first place.

Same me. Same love for what I do. Just a name and a brand that feel a whole lot more like me now.

Not just photographs. Archives.

For now, for later. 🤍

The art of noticing.

Every photographer is guilty of sharing the big moments. The hero shots, the beautiful portraits, all the stuff you expect to see. But honestly, what about all the little bits in between?

Your guests and their reactions. The little looks and gestures between people. Your place, the details, your people just being your people. All this stuff happening around you that you probably don’t even notice because you’re busy actually living your wedding day.

That’s the stuff I’m always noticing

I don’t turn up with a shot list and spend the day chasing hero photos.

I watch, I notice, I hone in. I know when to guide, and when to just disappear into the background and let things happen.

Because those little moments are just as much a part of your wedding as the big ones.
And one day, they might actually be the ones that mean the most.
