Jake reached out to me a few week beforehand, and said he wanted to propose. About halfway through the shoot we told Elle to turn around and he got on one knee.

The sweetest thing who will pick me flowers daily because he knows I love them, or notices straight away if I’m wearing something new.

But also the child who will flip about having the wrong yogurt in the fridge 😅

They honestly grow up so bloody quickly and we had the best day doing all his favourite things. 🎈 I decided I wouldn’t put him through the torment of doing his own photoshoot on his actual birthday so we will save that for tomorrow 😂
