Admin/Office Manager – Image Group Services Ltd
Who are we?
We are a local Christchurch owned and operated small business that specializes in photography, video, drone operations, graphic design, and signage manufacture and installation. This means we work with real estate companies for example which is a large part of our business.
What we are looking for:
A highly motivated tech-savvy person to act as our full-time office manager. This includes various different roles such as:
Managing all customer inquiries (via email and phone)
Graphic design (including sign design)
Interest in photography & video
Photoshop editing
Managing the printing, cutting, and application of signs
Providing administration, sales & marketing support, and assistance to the managing director
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Experience in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (recommended but not necessary)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Admin experience (preferred)
High attention to detail
Initiative
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
