I recently had a shoot with Nicky and for this I wanted to use more pastel shades. She was not convinced but I said trust the photographer and now they are done she is very happy. It was important for these to keep the light soft with few to no shadows. I used my large octabox but more face on with a second light bounced into a white v flat. This light set up keeps everything soft and is very flattering for skin tones.

2026 was a bit slow to get going, but the last few weeks have been really busy. I have been working with various subjects and models in variety of styles which is great for my creativity. I have also had a new publication in Glamora Magazine with Jodi so that is very exciting. This image is from a session last week where we were exploring the alternative genre of gothic beauty. I felt my green wall suited this style well and I used low lighting to compliment the look. How have you all been?? I have a few spots left now for March but Aprils diary is now open.
