🌸 I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend despite the weather! 🌸

For those who are new here, I'm a professional photographer with a studio based in Whitchurch, Hampshire. I specialise in all types of photography, but my passion is newborn photography and capturing those precious early days that pass by so quickly.

One of the questions I'm asked most often is:

"Can siblings and parents be included in a newborn session?"

The answer is always absolutely! ❤️

Newborn photography isn't just about your new baby—it's about celebrating your growing family. I love capturing the special bond between siblings, the love between parents and their newborn, and all those little moments that tell your family's story. Family and sibling photographs are a wonderful part of every newborn session and are included as part of the experience.

✨ Tiny fingers, tiny toes, and a lifetime of love ahead. ✨

As a newborn photographer, I never take for granted the privilege of capturing these precious first moments. The newborn stage is incredibly brief, changing from day to day, which makes these images so meaningful for families to treasure for years to come.

This beautiful portrait is a perfect reminder of why I love what I do. The softness, the innocence, and the peacefulness of a sleeping newborn create memories that deserve to be preserved forever.

Over 20 years behind the camera, and I can honestly say I still love what I do just as much as ever. 💛

From newborns to family sessions, maternity to cake smashes — it’s been such a privilege to capture so many special moments for so many wonderful families. I’m truly grateful for all the support over the years.

A few weeks ago, Nikki and her lovely family visited the studio for a newborn session, and they brought along the sweetest little lion outfit. At one point, Nikki gently lifted her baby up — a moment that instantly reminded us all of something straight out of The Lion King. 🦁 It had us all smiling and created such a magical, heartfelt image that I’m so pleased to have captured.
It’s moments like these that make this job so special. Thank you Nicky for letting me share this lovely photo.
