As a commercial photographer I don't just get asked to create pretty pictures.
Some of our construction clients need images for data reports to show the condition of their buildings and other features such as roof mounted air conditioning units, aerials, roof lights, flashing etc...
With our aerial imaging capabilities using our drone, we can capture this information in great detail for our construction customers.
It makes an exciting change from our regular work and is a huge benefit to our clients too.
Our clients just give us the address where we will do a check on the location using google maps, flight planning software and applications, and apply for any permissions where necessary.
Combined with a risk report and method statement to cover each operation. full insurance and the correct CAA approval, we can cover most projects with ease.
This saves the client having to visit the site themselves, they don't require expensive scaffolding and safety equipment, there is no risk of further damage to roof structures, and no risk of injury to any personnel.
There is also a huge time saving as most sites can be covered in just a few hours and a full set of high resolution images often delivered for inspection within 48 hours.
Our images are clearly labelled and contain a KEY image to help with identification of all the areas photographed.
