One drone survey—lots of different uses! 🚁

This project originally began with a simple question: how is water moving across this field and around the lake?

Using drone mapping, we created a detailed aerial map, elevation model, contour map and 3D model of the site.

The results are now being used for much more than drainage:

✅ Identifying slopes, low points and possible drainage routes
✅ Helping a landscaper design around the field’s existing levels
✅ Providing a 3D model for a designer to mock up a proposed amphitheatre at the top of the field

It’s a great example of how a site can be captured once, with the resulting data used by landowners, landscapers, drainage specialists, architects and engineers.

🎯 Matrice 4TD Training – Smart Track & PinPoint

A quick demonstration showing how Smart Track and PinPoint can work together during a simulated police deployment.

In this scenario, the drone tracks a suspect, briefly loses them, reacquires the target, and marks a dropped item of evidence with a PinPoint. Even after the suspect is lost, the pilot can instantly navigate back to the evidence location.

It's a great example of how AI-assisted tracking and accurate location marking can support operational decision making in the field.

A fantastic few days out carrying out a large scale multispectral mapping project for Yeo Valley using the DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral.

It's exciting to see how drone technology is supporting modern agriculture, helping provide valuable data for grassland monitoring and precision farming.

A big thank you to the Yeo Valley team for the opportunity—we're looking forward to seeing how this technology continues to support the future of UK farming.
