🍂 A look back at a memorable autumn wedding at The Manor Hotel in Datchet.
👰‍♂️ Preparations began in the cottage next door, where there was plenty of space for getting ready and photos.
🎉 After a beautiful ceremony by the Royal Borough Registrars, everyone gathered on Datchet village green for the group photos and confetti.
⚓ With the hotel having limited outdoor space, we all took a wander down to the Thames for a picturesque backdrop to the group and couple photos.
📷 A lot of fun was had by all, and no one ended up in the river!
🎤 After dinner, there was a game of Mr and Mrs during the speeches, which prompted great reactions from the guests.
🍰 The laughter continued in the relaxed atmosphere as the couple cut their cake and took to the dance floor.
✨ To go with the autumn red theme, the groomsmen all wore Star Wars socks, and there was a Death Star 'Groom's Cake'.
🥂 Happy Anniversary to the lovely couple celebrating next week.

💌 3 helpful things to include on your invitations...

🕑 1. All wedding invitations generally include the ceremony time. However, consider adding a start and end time too. Guests will know what time to arrive for ready for the ceremony, which is often 30 minutes before. Having the last orders at the bar or last dance time included will mean they can plan ahead for booking any taxis or babysitters.

🍽 2. I hear many couples wondering if they are providing enough food for guests during the drinks reception, whether it's canapes or snacks. This will depend on when your ceremony and wedding breakfast times fall during the day plus every individual's lifestyle. Consider adding estimated dinner time on your invitations. Knowing when they'll be eating will allow guests to decide how much breakfast or lunch to have!

🍰 3. Evening guests are always given an arrive from time for the evening reception with many opting to be fashionably late! Add on a time for when you plan to cut your cake so that they arrive promptly for then. Not having to wait around for your First Dance will mean you get the last formality over and done with to relax for the remainder of the evening.

🍂 September is here, marking the official start of the autumn wedding season.

📷 The leaves will start to change as we go through the month, providing a gorgeous backdrop for photographs.

☀️ A look back to a memorable August bank holiday for a lovely, intimate wedding at The Mill House Hotel in Swallowfield.

📷 Coverage began before the ceremony, with the couple opting not to have preparations documented.

🩷 The Bride made her own wedding dress, which was pink to match the theme.

👖 The Groom requested all the men to be comfortable wearing jeans with a shirt and waistcoat!

🍃 They were married outside in the beautiful gardens by the Wokingham registrars.

🦉 The rings were flown up the aisle by an owl ring bearer who decided to fly away onto the roof of the hotel before the Best Man could untie the ring pouch!

🍽 The Wedding Breakfast was served in The Garden Room, with one long table for them and their nearest and dearest.

🎤 A variety of emotions were captured during the speeches after dinner.

🍰 Exquisite sugar flowers were on the elegant cake to match the beautiful bouquet.

🎇 On their way to the marquee for their First Dance, the guests lined the path for a sparkler entrance!

💒 Wedding couples here are 3 tips for your wedding ceremony...

💋 1. Hold your first kiss for around 3 seconds. If you take a step towards each other to lean in for the kiss and hold it, you'll add impact to the image.

🕑 2. There is no hurry! Walk at a steady pace up the aisle to take everything in. Keeping eye contact with your spouse will make you naturally smile and remove any concentrating face you may have! Young flower girls or page boys may run, and that's ok!

💐 Only your legal words repeated after the registrar or vicar have to be said as planned. Be spontaneous if you want to be for the rest of the time! Cheer with your bouquet, dance out of the ceremony. It's your day!

😃 A look back today to a fun local wedding at the magnificent De Vere Wokefield Estate.

💕 The day was a perfect example of "it's your wedding, do what you want to do!"

🎉 The bridal party included an adult flower boy and a bride's man.🇪🇸 Speeches were translated into Spanish by a toastmaster.

☀️ The Bride and Groom requested to have their newlywed portraits during the golden hour after dinner whilst the guests had a siesta!

🕺 An amazing first dance routine to The Greatest Showman wowed everyone!

💕 A look back today to a lovely wedding in Cookham which took on a less traditional flow for the day.

🏠 Preparations began at home where both the Bride and Groom were present. Once ready, they had a 'first look' before departing together for their ceremony!

⛪ They had a beautiful, personal service at Holy Trinity Church.

📷 After a moment to say hello to their guests, everyone gathered in the churchyard for fun group photos.

🎉 Confetti followed to send them on their way; however, they weren't going far!

🥪 Afternoon tea with wedding cake followed in the church hall to end the formalities of the day.

☀️ A look back today to a wonderful August wedding at Cantley House Hotel.

💐 Preparations began in the spacious ground-floor wedding suite, with details recorded outside with the venue in the background.

👰‍♀️ I'm sure you'll agree with me, the Bride's styling of her dress, hair, and make-up is stunning!

💕 Their ceremony with the Wokingham registrars was held in the rustic Briar Barn.

🎉 Guests lined the back lawn to greet the couple with confetti, then enjoyed drinks, fun group photos, and garden games.

✏️ Relaxed moments were captured in between the wedding breakfast courses as guests participated in a quiz before the speeches.

🍰 The cake featured Lego minifigures which are always popular!

📷 It was a fun day which concluded with golden hour portraits in the field just off the drive.
