A Little Note About Ghosting Small Businesses 👋
As a small business owner, I completely understand that life gets busy, priorities change and sometimes photography sessions are no longer what you’re looking for.
What can be difficult, however, is when conversations suddenly stop after enquiries, booking information has been sent, or time has been set aside to discuss your session.
Behind every small business is a real person investing time, care and effort into every message, quote and enquiry. Even a quick:
“Thank you, but I’ve decided not to go ahead right now.”
is always appreciated and never taken personally.
Small businesses don’t have large customer service teams — it’s often just one person juggling enquiries, editing, marketing, family life and everything in between.
Kindness and communication go a long way. ❤️
