This guy, Saga natoliae, was holding court on the rocky shore of Lake Skadar today and had absolutely no interest in moving.
Spent about some minutes flat on the ground getting this shot. He just kept staring. Respect.

Lake Skadar is the largest lake in the Balkans and a national park — didn't expect the wildlife encounters to start this close to the waterline.

Walking between worlds

There's something about this place that just makes you forget everything around you. Stepped onto these lily pad walkways and honestly couldn't look up - the whole scene felt unreal. Petals floating on the water, the reflection, the stillness… one of those moments you just have to stop and breathe in.
