🎉🙌🏻❤️ Thank you Abbey Road Music Photography Awards! Delighted that my image of Makk has been shortlisted in the ‘Portraits’ category. 🤯👌🎉❤️ Abbey Road Music Photography Accelerator Abbey Road

I’ve not entered a photography competition before so might retire now with a 100% shortlist success rate! 😄🎉 Genuinely surprised and delighted - thank you Abbey Road Music Photography Accelerator 🙌🏻 To have reached the last fifteen to twenty images from thousands of submissions across the world feels staggering for a photographer at such an early stage in their career. I hope this helps me continue to grow and do this thing I love. ❤️

Thanks also to Justin Leeming for suggesting I enter and reminding me on closing day….and to my daughter for only calling me a ‘stupid idiot’ when I burst into her room at five minutes to midnight, waking her up, turning on lights and knocking things over to retrieve my computer charger in a panic! Kept my computer alive long enough to submit the entry with seconds to spare like a scene from a very low-budget Mission Impossible. 👌

Thank you Abbey Road Studios !! 🤯

Genuinely shocked and honoured to have reached the last 15-20 in the portrait category for this shot of Makk Music I took last year from thousands of worldwide submissions. This is the biggest thing that’s happened to me as a photographer and it’s only just sinking in!

3/3 A lovely return shoot at to take shots of their brand new site in Thackley . This time I was capturing the space - and what an inviting and inclusive space it is! Four different spaces, each with their own unique theme and focus, including the ‘glow room’ which I could have happily spent an afternoon in!

Enjoyed capturing lots of detail shots on this shoot as there were so many lovely details like the gorgeous sunflower 🌻 in the front playground! ❤️
