Amanda Forman Commercial Photography Personal branding and business photography for small businesses in and around Rutland

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dominic McMullan to capture images for the fantastic team at Smiths High Performance

1.5 days were spent creating headshots, capturing images of the office team, and down on the workshop floor.

I scaled to the very top of the building to get images to show the full scale of their operation and came back with over 500 images fully edited for them to use on their socials, website and marketing material.

I loved every second of this project and I am looking forward to seeing the images in use.

If you would like images that capture the life force of your business get in touch and let’s start planning!!

Another brand film finished. This time for the wonderful Chris from .

This was so much fun to film, all created over a few separate days to make sure we covered everything we needed.

Chris has another version specifically for the website too, I can’t wait to see it in place!

If you would like a brand film to really showcase your business get in touch and let’s get planning

It’s been a minute !!

I met Dominic from the p1 Agency at a local networking group and instantly knew we would get on.

When he reached out to see if I could take some brand photos for him before the launch of his new networking group in Peterborough I knew it would be a fun shoot!

He needed some new images for the website and socials, a mix of headshots, working shots and photos out in Peterborough and I’m pretty certain we nailed it.

What do you think?

Two weeks ago I photographed and filmed something incredible!

The inaugural Thoracic Oncology Frontiers conference. Some of the most incredible minds came together to share insights and learn over two days at all organised by the team at and of course Sean Dullo and Sridhar Rathinam

I didn’t understand a single word about what was being said but they all seemed to - genuinely one of the easiest times I’ve ever fulfilled the ‘take photos of people looking engaged’ brief!!

Brand films, something I have been quietly offering for a little while now but it’s time to shout about them.

When Ben asked me if I could work with him to create a film for his business I was beyond excited. We had a few planning meetings to go over exactly what we needed to cover, what did he want his story to be about, what footage would we need to tell that story and where did we need to go.

Once we had the plan in place and the Great British weather sorted itself out we began work and I am beyond happy with what we created.
goymour.artist is a truly inspirational artist, I am so pleased to be able to share his story with you. Make sure you head over and give him a follow!

Came for the photos, stayed for the action. 📸 ➡️ 🎥

originally brought me on to capture the photography for their latest projects, but the energy on site was too good to miss. I decided to switch gears and capture some BTS motion to show the process behind the renovations

Photos capture the result, but video captures the hustle.

💡 Pro Tip: Adding a video element to your photography package doubles your content without doubling the shoot time. It gives your audience a chance to see the people behind the brand.

Thinking of booking a shoot? Let’s turn it into a hybrid session. DM me to ask about adding film to your package.

We are all one decision away from a different life.

I used to work a full time corporate job, I was an Executive Assistant at a search firm in London, to begin with I loved my job but it turned out to be quite a toxic work place.

I also had a love for Photography, I was working evenings and weekends chasing my dream and one day I decided enough was enough.

I wasn’t happy and I always knew deep down I wanted to pursue my photography career full time so one day I made the decision to leave, to give it everything I had and honestly I haven’t looked back.

It’s been hard work, I’ve had to learn knew skills, and learn when to outsource things I just cant handle (thank you )

But I have made it, Im still learning and pushing myself to do better every single day but I’m happy with my decision.

Looking back, what was the one decision that pushed your life in to its current trajectory and if you could, would you go back and change that now or not?

Oh and drinking coffee ☕️🤣🤣

Seriously though there is a whole lot more that goes in to running a business than I originally realised.

What goes on behind the scenes in yours??

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing at his incredible restaurant (trust me I stayed for lunch and the food is delicious!!)

This shoot was so much fun. I’m curious to see, if you were choosing, which image would you use for your new bio photo and why?
