Well… I tried 🤣🌘

One taken through sunglasses and a welding mask.

The other taken while I was literally hiding behind a wall trying to get my phone in just the right place 😂

Did I have the right kit? Nope.
Did I know what I was doing? Debatable.
Did I spend far too long messing about trying anyway? Obviously. 🤣

They’re grainy, they’re weird, one is GREEN… but I actually managed to capture something instead of NADA! 🤣

Sometimes you just have to work with what you’ve got even if it is green 🤣

💜 There’s something about purple.

It’s a colour often associated with strength, resilience, creativity, transformation and individuality.

And I quite like that.

Because strength isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it’s quietly carrying on when things feel heavy.
Sometimes it’s starting again.
Changing direction.
Growing through something nobody else knows about.

And sometimes it’s simply noticing something beautiful when your head is full of everything else.

Purple also represents imagination and creativity ptobably why I'm always drawn to it with a camera in my hand. 📸

This little flower was just sitting there doing its thing. No perfection. No big story.

But maybe that's the story.

Keep growing. Keep changing. Keep finding the colour amongst the ordinary. 💜

No posing. No fancy setup. Just him, sun on his face, completely in his element… and me behind the camera thinking, yep, that’s my man. ❤️

The one who works his arse off, drives me absolutely bloody mad, makes me laugh when I’m trying to be annoyed at him, and somehow keeps going no matter what life throws at us.

Husband. Dad. Mechanic. My best mate. My biggest pain in the arse. 😂
