Twilight falling over the 132-foot Clock Tower at Cardiff Castle while The Hollywood Vampires rocked it. Designed by the visionary architect William Burges in 1866, the tower features massive, illuminated statues representing the planets looking out over the city. Capturing this was an experience, hovering in the dusk while the sounds of the Hollywood Vampires echoed from their live show just out of frame. 🎸✨

First attempt attempt at Astro photography under the Perseid meteor shower. A surprisingly cold night last week (albeit stupidly in shorts and t shirt) up to 1am, seeing loads of amazing shooting stars...and sod's law... Catching just this little tiddler!

Lots to learn, and I'll be giving this another go... Maybe when it's darker earlier, still need sleep...
