✨ Another little world of faeries ✨

A new journey into my colourful, slightly peculiar faerie worlds. 🌸🧚‍♀️

This piece started traditionally, with pencil and markers, letting the flowers, colours and tiny details grow organically across the page. Then I brought it into Procreate, where I added another layer of detail, texture and magic.

I love the way working this way lets the imperfections and character of the original drawing stay alive, while digital layers open up a whole new world of possibilities.

A little faerie, surrounded by a wild garden of impossible flowers… 🌺💜🌿

It’s been a while since I’ve created something like this.

This piece sat in my drafts for over a year — just a raw sketch. For a long time, even looking at it made me anxious. I couldn’t see where it was going, so I left it alone.

Time passed, and then something clicked.

I came back to it and suddenly I could see the story. The little layers, characters and hidden moments started to find their place, and the world began to come alive.

So here it is — my second version of Tiny Pond World. 🌿🐦🐱

A reminder that sometimes a piece isn’t abandoned. It’s just waiting until you’re ready to see it differently.

Super proud of my boys today running with me for charity ! It’s been a huge challenge for my little one but he didn’t gave up and managed to run 5ml ( 8km) and super proud of .st._ for supporting his brother all the way! And quite proud of myself being able to move after my 10h shift yesterday 🤣🙈 I’m definitely going to be dying tomorrow but it’s definitely worth it!

It’s a beautiful day today! We got sunshine and loads of potential for gardening! I’m a bit stuck on my faerie theme, I’ve created this beautiful background based on my flower garden but no matter what i couldn’t find the right Faerie to put in🙈 I tried different styles colors and mediums! Then last night it hit me! The real Faeries of our garden is our bees 🐝 they help to pollinate and keep our crops happy! So there a real life Faerie that we must protect ! I hope you have a Beeautiful day too!

This year my garden has been blessed with fox gloves! Loads of them! So this little fairy has been inspired by ! Perhaps he is looking for a friend or playing hide and seek with a bumblebee ?! 🐝

Willow Faerie! I start with one mark on paper and somehow end up with a whole faerie explosion in procreate. Minimalist landscape? More like maximalist chaos with a tiny Faerie! I guess that’s my style and I seem can’t run away from it.

After diving into “The Spiderwick Chronicles” by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black with my son, I started pondering, how would I describe a Faerie?! Close your eyes and picture it - what would it look like? I'm excited to share my interpretation! Watercolor, inks, and a dash of procreate magic 🤣 ...
