One month later - I'm looking forward to opening business officially in September but the reality of working with current health conditions is still a journey in progress.

Not gonna lie, my head and soul are ready to do it all and my body is saying "sloooooowly" 😅

But one way or another ZenArt Photography is ready to relaunch in the next couple of weeks!

So I'm signed off sick again for a bit while I try to recover properly this time! But the good news is I should be well rested enough and hopefully regained some strength to launch business officially after the summer hols.

Lots of time being spent delving deep into my values, principles and the things I want to put out there when I'm back. No more shoots booked for the foreseeable while I get my body together again but it'll be worth the wait to come back fitter and stronger and ready to bring it on 💪

I may not have had a lot of sessions in my studio yet, but it's been great to get my hands on my camera again this year and I'm looking forward to much, much more 😁

A fair few of my followers know that I’m managing chronic health conditions. This photo was taken 13 months ago after a really, really long wait for my hysterectomy - because women’s health care really, really sucks!

I’ve been battling a massive flare up the last few weeks and I’m frustrated that it’s stopped me in my tracks for now. Today I made it to the pool and while I still don’t have the core strength to float, I’m stronger than I was this time last year in the water💪

Our beautiful bodies go through so much to keep us going - it’s so important to stop and honour that every so often, if not every day and this photo reminds me to love my body for its strength, tenacity and roadmap of my journey❤️

Happy New Year to all my friends, customers and clients! Getting up and running with business again has been a long time coming but I'm very much looking forward to my creative vibe being able to do it's thing again 😁
