Little things do matter

What's the first thing you saw?
I'll bet it was the red coat and not the fabulous, modern, stylish kitchen, eh?

So why didn't I remove it?
Well, it's important to show the area's use but I don't want the first thing you see to distract the viewer's eye from scanning the whole image - and be honest, yours has repeatedly gone back to that coat hasn't it?

With a little attention to detail potential buyers see the whole kitchen!
