I’m starting Sunday leading a gorgeous 1:1 yoga session, noticed this this cute little fox on my walk there. He reminded me Yoga doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Playfulness, joy and lightness can fill this space too ✨

👆The 3 faces of a girl about to make another brave move ✨🚀

Today is my last day of a job that no longer fits… because life and creativity has been bursting around it!!

I’ll be leaving the comfort of a guaranteed (part time) salary to go back to fully freelance.

I’m so grateful for everything that this job has given and taught me…I’ll certainly never look at trees in the same way again! But now it’s time for another brave move… boldly stepping back into fully freelance life 💪💪

I’ll be spending my summer supporting a number of hyper-local clients with their regular content creation and marketing. Building on my speaking career. Pouring time and love into my podcast. Holding beautiful restorative space for others. And immersing myself in a gloriously creative film project on Exmoor, North Devon. So just a few bits to keep me out of trouble 🙃

Going back to freelance life and being my own boss feels exciting, scary, courageous, powerful, creative, intrepid and right. Something in my soul is stirring and evolving and I can’t quite put my finger on it yet but I can’t wait to “be with” and see how it unfolds. No longer scared of the unknown … it’s not difficult it’s just different! 💪🚀🌀✌️

Do you think it’s possible to forge a full time career from wondering around epic saunas?… Asking for a friend 🙃

Last weekend, with my “CREATOR” hat on, I had the absolute pleasure of capturing the magic of . Nestled in the most beautiful lakeside spot at the foot of Dartmoor, it felt like a million miles from the rest of the world. Fully rooted in and connected to nature. Just gorgeous!

I loved capturing both photo and video content so that Milly and Tom can share this magic with others.

Tom makes these saunas by hand and they are hired out to weddings, events and beautiful nature spots around the Southwest (soon to be found on Talland Bay).

My words have landed with almost 500 people, across 3 different stages, in the last 7 days. Finishing the week with a full heart & feeling incredibly grateful!

We’ve laughed together, cheered a lot, shed some tears and I know (because lots have people have told me), that what I’ve had to say has inspired, changed perspectives, and made people think deeply about how they can be brave in their own lives. How’s that for International Women’s day power?! 🔥🔥🔥💪💪💪

I’ve been SO very inspired by being around all the incredible people I’ve met and listened to along the way. Sharing vulnerably from my heart opens up THE most beautiful conversations with others who then feel safe to do the same.

In the words of the incredible . “You can’t be what you can’t see” and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to be seen and share my wisdom with others… thank you for having me

It was such a pleasure to join a room of brave powerful leaders working in the legal industry in London today. I shared my learnings on bravery, drawing from both my own lived experience, and what I learned in interviewing over 40 other “brave” people. But what will stay with me was what other people brought to the room. It was beautiful to see/hear people around the table take their guard down and share vulnerably what bravery has meant to them. Some incredibly inspiring stories. My key takeaways:

⚡️Courage is a muscle we can build. It’s strength compounds the more brave moves we make
⚡️As leaders we have a duty to pass down this baton the line
⚡️When we become brave enough to help others, we learn our own bravery
⚡️Every door is open if you just dare to push it
⚡️Stewardship, hope and determination moves us towards what we believe in
⚡️Do not wait for permission, do not dilute your voice to fit expectations, and do not accept the term “This is the way we’ve always done it”

THESE are the conversations we should be having in the board room. More of THIS please!

Hearing that the seeds I’ve sewn in people’s minds by saying things out loud (even when it might feel scary), are landing and staying with them in such a meaningful way makes me want to shout them even louder!

Bravery is not waiting for it to feel right. It’s embracing the messy middle. Not knowing quite where it will end up. Doing it scared. 1% at a time ⚡️🫶✨
