Nearly a year ago since this beautiful session 🥹

I swear “the days are long but the years are short” is the most fitting quote for being a parent. I spend my life wishing I can sort my house out or sit down with a cuppa, and god knows I spent a long time counting down the minutes for nap times - and then I look back at photos of my 3 year old as a baby and I cannot believe how fast the time went.

A reminder in 2026, you only get their childhood once and sometimes it’s ok to have the mountain of s**t on the do list to do.

4 weeks of you ✨

I got to meet the most gorgeous baby boy this week, and boy did it make me ready to meet my own little man soon 🥹 This was a special shoot, having gone to school with mama and it being.. 16 years (🤢) since we saw eachother last, it was so lush to catch up, talk about motherhood and our lives, and capture the little man just at home with his family. An absolute blessing to do this as my job, I can’t tell you.

We are on the wind down now, we only 2 newbies left to go before I wait for my own to make his arrival. I can’t wait to enjoy my newborn bubble, but I also am going to miss capturing all the perfect teeny faces every week.

It’s been a long time since I posted! ✨

Not for any reason, but simply, I’ve done so many gorgeous newborn sessions and not enough time to keep the algorithm going. Instagram is literally a second job 😅 I also knew that going on maternity leave in December and a full diary meant I didn’t *need* to focus on posting, and I could be fully in with the sessions.

My year has come to a tricky end with magnificent family loss, which makes me realise how important these moments are. How important it is to capture and how, yet again, I don’t take enough photos of my own family 🙈

This gorgeous session was from the beginning of October, and I will be posting some more newbie stuff as the weeks go on (if mamas say so!)

I’m really going to miss newborn sessions, but I think my own newborn in February is going to make up for it 🥰

I will be back taking newborn bookings for July/August onwards 🤍

February can’t come fast enough…🤍 my second baby is on their way!

To all my lovely wonderful families, the ones who I’ve seen in the last 16 weeks who I have been heavily honest with about how ill I’ve been, I LOVE YOU! Thank you for being so considerate and welcoming and accommodating. It really is the best being surrounded by newborn babies when carrying your own 🤍 and for the weddings I’ve done (where by some marvellous miracle 90% have also been pregnant!!) I can’t thank you enough for caring about me on your special day!

Everything in the diary will be honoured, but my books are officially coming to a close for the year. I have a few emails landing in my inbox the last week that I will squeeeeeze in, and if you have something special do pop me a message to see. The nature of the job being newborns is they are unpredictable, and so I won’t be editing anything in the new year 🤍

Otherwise, I will be taking on a very small handful of shoots from June 2026. IF you think you might want one, please give me a message. Otherwise, I’ll see you on the flip side 🥰 (also, if there are mamas out there sporting a bump and want to chat I’m here - and also for coffee dates🥹)

Were we exceptionally lucky with that gorgeous smile? 🥹 we did some pretty good manifesting and I asked super nicely 😂 and baby girl delivered

Having a session at home just means it’s just more relaxed for everyone. A cuppa tea, a chat and the best most meaningful photos at home.

This girl is simply born to be a big sister (or a mama, I could’ve sworn she’s done it in a past life) 🥹🤍

What a special session. Having seen mum for our mummy and me sessions, towards the end of pregnancy, I was so excited to capture her when her baby boy was earth side. Her big girl was full of energy and love, but mostly, so much adoration for her new brother. He must’ve heard her voice so much inside mama’s tummy because we passed him over to big sister, and she sat giggling and chatting, and the awake newborn was no longer.. and a sleeping brother in his place 🥹

Sibling and newborn sessions have a special place in my heart, because in those quiet moments, I can feel mum and dad’s eyes on their babies, and it sends chills through me. You did it, they are your babies. Both of them 🥹🤍

I hope you love them as much as I do!

Little sister ✨🤍

Having captured big brother at the beginning of 2024, it was the best to come back and capture baby sister, and what a bloody gorgeous little dot she is. She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s gonna have the best big brother going, built in besties 🤍

12 days of you ✨

Little angel girly spent the first half hour awake, and then was milk drunk for the rest 🥹 happy and content. An absolute pleasure to be a small part of this newborn bubble, and look at that amazing hair!! 🥰

Newborn/Toddler chaos but my god, isn’t it just the most amazing thing?

Baby brother was simply an angel, and big sister just absolutely adored him. Nothing beats these photos at home, and let me tell you it is one of my favourite things when kids start showing me their bedrooms and their favourite toys mid shoot. It warms my heart SO much. This JOY of a girl wanted a cheese sandwich while mama was feeding, and so we were all hands on deck, Becki the chef 😏 it makes me feel useful, and part of your bubble, just like a friend would popping in for coffee (who happens to have a fat off camera with her)

Can’t beat a session at home, in my opinion.
