Morning everyone…
Bit of a ‘photo dump’ from the last few months of travel / shooting :-)
The most recent couple of photography ‘seasons’ have been a lot of fun and exploration as ever - I’ve been into the Julian Alps of Slovenia via Northern Italy, and spent a few days exploring the Triglav National Park - beautiful places.
The Lakes back at home were my next stop for a week - hard to beat in the Autumn if the weather plays ball!
Winter this year was focused around a different kind of experience - the mountains normally call me pretty loudly when the snow comes to Europe, but this season I headed north into Finland - I was fortunate enough to catch an extreme week of weather - good snow, hoar frosts for 4 -5 days and temperatures down to about -27 degrees at one point. The conditions were ace for photos and getting the chance to explore the Finnish landscape right on the border with Russia was an unforgettable experience. The phenomenon of polar night, and the light which comes with that was truly mesmerising at times.
Hope you enjoy the photos and life is being kind to you - i’ll be back sometime with another update from wherever I end up next !

Have a good Sunday !
