There’s something proper lovely about watching Content Club come together.

Businesses chatting.
People swapping ideas.
Helping each other with their marketing.

Giving each other a bit of encouragement when it’s needed.
And somewhere amongst all that, we’re creating 5 cracking professional photos for everyone to take away and actually use on their social media. 📸
It’s not stiff networking.

It’s a couple of hours with good people who understand that running a business can sometimes feel a bit lonely and having people around you to support you, motivate you and shout about each other’s businesses makes a massive difference.
That’s exactly what I wanted Content Club to become.

The side of business we don’t talk about enough.

We all see the success posts.

“Business is booming.”
“Another great month.”
“Look how well we’re doing.”

But we don’t always see what’s going on behind it.

The hard slog. The pressure. The self-doubt. The demons we fight when nobody else is watching.

Because running a business isn’t always bloody brilliant.

This shoot with Haroon was about showing the real man behind the business.

Not polished. Not pretending everything is perfect. Just honest.

We created some really powerful images, then headed over to one of his favourite places, Hebden Bridge, where we captured another side of him completely.

There were laughs, proper emotional moments and some photographs that mean far more than another standard business headshot ever could.

It takes guts to show your true self.

Because the truth is, we’re all fighting something.

And being honest about that isn’t weakness.

It’s brave. It’s human. And it’s real.

Haroon, mate thank you for trusting me with this one.

A football club’s biggest asset isn’t just its players… it’s its story.

Today, Albion Street Studios was transformed into the home of Halifax FC Women as we welcomed the squad in for their official kit launch photography and filming.

From powerful studio portraits to behind-the-scenes moments, interviews and social media content, every image and every frame has one purpose: helping tell the story of a club that’s going places.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the football. It was the attitude.

A brilliant group of players, full of energy, professionalism and plenty of laughs. Exactly the sort of people you want representing a football club.

This is just the start.

Over the coming season we’ll be documenting the journey, creating content that brings supporters closer to the club, gives sponsors more value and showcases everything happening behind the badge.

A huge thank you to everyone at Halifax Women FC.

A great photo is only the start.

Sometimes it's the little tweaks afterwards that make the biggest difference.
✔️ Change the background to match your brand.
✔️ Add headlines or text for social media.
✔️ Create graphics ready for LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram.
✔️ Turn one photoshoot into weeks of marketing content.

Today, and I spent some time creating a few examples to show what's possible. The goal isn't just to give you great images it's to give you content that's ready to work for your business.

This is a chance to get some cracking new professional headshots, meet other local business owners and support an incredible local charity at the same time.
Forget Me Not supports children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire, and 10% of the total Content Club revenue from the day will be donated directly to the charity.

Why I love photographing manufacturing businesses
There is something brilliant about walking into a factory and seeing how things are actually made.
The machinery.
The noise.
The sparks.
The skilled people who know their jobs inside out.

Manufacturing businesses often have an incredible story to tell, but many of them are far too modest about it.
They create brilliant products, solve difficult problems and employ highly skilled teams yet their website photographs don’t always show the true scale or quality of the business.

That is where I come in.
I love finding the moments that show the craftsmanship, the people, the detail and the pride behind the company.

Not overly staged.
Not a load of corporate nonsense.
Just strong, honest photography that shows customers exactly why your business is worth trusting.
You make brilliant things.

My job is to make sure people can see it.
