I canāt believe Itās been over a year since the premiere of Home Ground, a short short doc we made looking at the power of sport, community and togetherness for those building a new life here in the UK.
That means itās also over a year since I almost had to sedate in as we learned weād āsoldā the place out.
That might sound like a lilā humble brag there, but it was all down to the amazing community that rallied around us, and the values that truly define this valley. Flying certain flags or banning others can never change that.
It was a film of firsts for pretty much everyone involved. We learned a lot, and at some point in the near future Home Ground 2.0 will be released.
For now though, the original cut is coming off the bench for another run out alongside a film made by someone who actually knows what their doing, and one I really canāt wait to see:
