A very special day at one of my new favourite venues. Broxmouth Courtyard was the perfect place for this amazing wedding. I had a brilliant day with everyone, it was a proper party from start to finish! Adrienne & Jay are the perfect couple and I’m so happy I got to capture their day. This was my last booked wedding for the year. What a wedding to finish on!

Rachel & Michael ✨

What a celebration this was! No downpours were going to get in the way of Rachel and Michael having the best day ever. The Melville's and all their family and friends really took me in. Once again I felt like I was a guest, and just had the best time ever with everyone. I loved being part of your special day! A huge shoutout to who was an absolute joy to work with yesterday!

What a brilliant day down Leith for Laura and Cameron's wedding. The promise of a roasting hot heatwave never happened, but instead some heavy rain. It ended up being perfect. The bride and groom had more time to spend with their guests after the ceremony as we waited for the rain to clear. It was a challenge finding quiet spots around a busy Leith but we managed. A big shout out to the people at Teuchters Landing Leith who cheered Laura and Cameron on whilst the crossing the bridge.

My first wedding of 2025. I'm so fortunate I was asked by Cat & Cam to capture their stunning wedding. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day. Your friends and family treated me like I was one of the guests. Cat & Cam weren't too bothered about having a photographer on their special day. A push from a friend told them to have a look at my albums and see how my style of photography is very relaxed. What a day.....Perfect! ❤️

Vintage shoot 📸✨

I will be offering one (possibly two) weddings totally free of charge.

I'm looking to use some vintage lenses alongside my modern cameras for a different style I really enjoy.

The catch?

You must already have a photographer in place who would be happy with me tagging along and getting those (behind the scene shots).

I will only be there for a few hours. Ideally the ceremony and the couples shoot.

It must be East Lothian based and an "outdoor" style wedding.

You'll receive a small gallery back for you to access and download photos.

I do ask that you make a donation to Staffie Smiles Rescue as a thankyou.

Back again at Colstoun for another fantastic wedding. The Scottish autumnal weather made itself known but wow did it make for some amazing photos. Once again the attention to detail was stunning. There was also several beautiful tributes made to family members that sadly couldn't be there. A real family wedding and it was my pleasure to capture. Brother of the Bride Ross gave one of the best speeches I've heard and some of his words have definitely stuck with me.

What a setting we had at Colstoun Estate just outside Haddington. The rain gave way and left us with the perfect day for being a photographer in my opinion. Kirsty's detailed planning could be seen throughout the venue making it feel very special. All the family and friends made me feel welcome from start to finish. It will be one to remember!
