James & I are both big advocates of The Natal Bean , if you are a new parent who needs support, baby weigh in, activities or just fancy a brew with other parents with little ones check out this group in Stubbington

It’s Natal Bean Monday tomorrow!!!!

The kettle will be on, the tables ready, the music sounding and activities getting set up! All the volunteers will be getting ready to offer you love and support.

There’s a couple changes to tomorrow’s session, our sling workshop has had to move to an alternative date (all booked have been notified) and Adventure Babies is moving to one session at 10:30. A couple spaces still remain: Baby and Toddler Classes Portsmouth - Adventure Babies

Doula Rachael will still be joining us for the afternoon to help with FREE drop- in 1:1 postnatal support and chat sessions (30minute 1:1s @£10 are bookable by emailing [email protected])

Top tip: Bring extra feeds or prepare for breastfeeding during your session. Sessions can take a good few hours and it's best to come prepared! We have comfy sofas so you can relax, we never rush and go at your baby's pace ☺️
