I took a towel out this morning and I've been lying on the grass enjoying this beautiful morning, listening to the trees swishing and birds, pure simplicity and bliss with my wee shadow Ella beside me. Sometimes we forget how therapeutic just lying in your own back garden can be. Feeling gratitude and it brings back memories of long hot summers on the communal grass area where we lived as kids making tents and chasing each other with bottles of water. Walking up to Hogganfield Loch with a towel and spending the afternoon just lying on the grassy hill, gabbing with siblings and pals that was our holidays then. We never had a car. Really feeling gratitude today xx

It's that time of year, a milestone for some parents and carers- little ones leaving nursery for school, and teenagers leaving school to go into the big wide world! What a night we all had for Karen's Jam fundraiser at the weekend! We enjoyed great company, dancing to fantastic live music and a huge raffle with brilliant prizes- £4000 was raised for St Andrews hospice - a fabulous achievement, thank you to Debbie and team, everyone who helped make it happen, Karen was definitely dancing with us all, especially to Madness😅🥰
