🫖 The Story Behind the Photo: Newey & Bloomer

Capturing the gleam of Newey & Bloomer’s iconic copper kettles was both a challenge and a delight. Commissioned by Jonathan at All Saints Design, the goal was to showcase these heritage pieces for their website, PR, and social media. Over a day and a half, we meticulously adjusted lighting and angles to highlight the kettles’ craftsmanship without overwhelming reflections. The result? Images that honor the timeless elegance of a brand steeped in tradition.

A client recently asked to recreate a past farm-style image for their 2025 brochure. Their vision was clear—they wanted to retain the essence of the original shot while toning down the dominant green hues and giving it a more earthy aesthetic.

The original photo was taken on location at a farm, capturing the raw, organic vibe they loved. For the updated version, we moved into the studio, carefully styling and lighting the scene to echo the feel of the outdoors while introducing a more neutral, grounded colour palette that better aligns with their evolving brand identity.

This project was all about balance—maintaining authenticity while elevating the visuals for a clean, brochure-ready finish. It is always rewarding to take creative direction and bring it to life in a way that is both intentional and true to the brand.
