It was a pleasure to photograph this beautiful summer wedding of June and Martin, from Bridal party prep through to the wedding breakfast and first dance, and everything in between.
So much so, I have decided to offer professional wedding photography again.
To be honest, I'd lost interest for a few years of taking lovely photos of people I didn't know. Selfishly, I focused more on landscape photography. And although it never happened, another factor was my phobia of equipment failure; What if the camera or memory card packed up and l let people down?
But this occasion reignited my inspiration, and I remembered the real point of it - to provide a special service capturing special moments of this (hopefully!) once-in-a-lifetime celebration of family, friends and love. And in recent years, technology has advanced. Pictures are saved to two memory cards as I take them (phew!), and I've invested in a second camera for good measure, easily switching between the two.
It was a great day out and I was really proud of the results. Then having the bride cry (with joy!) upon seeing the pictures a couple of weeks later was inspiring and motivating feedback. I like having a positive impact on people's lives.

Prices range from £750 - £1,500 and include a candid, reportage style approach and scenes like below.
You'll get between plenty of curated, perfected digital images of the day with *full copyright permissions* to print and share as you please (no roping you into getting expensive prints through the photographer), readymade for print and online. Optional and affordable extras included professionally-produced photobook albums and stylish framed prints. I can even provide a separate engagement shoot of you as a couple before the big day.
