Another beautiful family session this morning! And helloooo May, you are so welcomed!

I am here to create bespoke sessions with you, have fun in the meantime and give you a beautiful experience apart from just taking photos. Edinburgh is soooo pretty at the moment, bursting with colours and life, meadows and forests have awaken and crowned the world once again. Cherry blossoms are still here and there are still time to have your photos taken with these beauties! I’ve some availability next week and then probably not until the end of the month.
Buuut, there are lilacs, and bluebells, wisteria, all of it in bloom now as well 🤗
I know lots of beautiful and easily accessible spots if you’re looking for sth slightly more colourful ( than Old Town ).

A gorgeous pre wedding photo shoot with R&R ! They have my heart 🔮

A little insight into my style and the way I like to work…
My style often being described as moody, fairytale, dark academia, autumnal, vintage, you name it… I actually see it as romantic and candid with a dark twist but as you will notice with lots of movements.
I’ll make you run, dance, spin, talk & laugh! I will encourage interaction between you and capture all the little silly moments in between…once I manage to make you laugh things flow really naturally from here and I promise you, you’ll go home with lots of beautiful moments captured for the years to come. Storytelling is something I aspire to do.
Before the photo shoot I’ll often sit and have a coffee with you ( if you have time ) so we can get to know each other which will help you be more relaxed ( especially if it’s a pre wedding shoot about which one I’ll talk in one of my future posts) during the photo shoot.
Depends about the package you choose we will go over the photo locations together (prior the day) and decide which ones suit the best your vision and your wishes. I am always happy to help with the location scouting and any recommendations; outfit wise as well.

This is what my guideline was while taking pics for this precious family... and I like to think I’ve managed to capture their vision and their essence. I’ve ended up feeling so fulfilled and grateful for having an opportunity to capture their love for each other. 🤎

“ I try to savor the tiny things, the ones that move by so quickly. I think we’ve really tried hard to curate our lives in such a way that we are able to cherish these bits. Little hands growing into big ones (the boys’ hands are really the MOST grounding thing about them to me- they help me remember how tiny they are), the boys holding hands, a gentle hand on a back, the little looks too many of us don’t notice, skin on skin, creases of tiny arms when they fold, the way the boys look at me that I probably always miss…the adoration for daddy in all of our eyes, the calm he creates for all of us, our excitement about a bookshop or a “nature find” or beautiful string lights or a good window. Forver trying to see our lives from that higher perspective, the one that’s not so tainted by the muddled emotion of being in the thing. 🦅”
