This year’s village show photography competition had some really interesting categories: Yellow, Flight, Triangle, Wow, look at that! Bridge in Monochrome and Juxtaposition. I really enjoyed the challenge of taking photos with these themes in mind and looking at everyone’s beautiful and unique interpretations. I am chuffed to say that I won the Bob Clowes Photography Cup again this year with 2 firsts, 2 seconds and 1 third 😊 It was very close and there were some stunning and moving photos on display 👏👏👏 Well done to everyone who took part and won awards and a big thank you to Bob, all the volunteers and the judges who put so much hard work into the show
This cup win is dedicated to a lovely neighbour and wonderful friend, Noreen, who was such a big part of the show. She was an amazing grower, producing an abundance of wild flowers and vegetables and providing a haven for wildlife in her beautiful garden 🌸🐝🦋🐦🌳
Noreen, you are one in a million and thank you so much for all your encouragement and belief in me. You are greatly missed by so many. Rest In Peace 💛🏆💛
