Thereโ€™s something so special about seeing a wedding through film.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of capturing my little brotherโ€™s wedding on film. Being both a guest and behind the camera made every frame feel even more meaningful.

From the intimate moments before the ceremony, to their private vows, dreamy golden hour portraits till the party celebrations, every part of the day felt timeless. Thereโ€™s something about film that slows you down, making every frame intentional and full of emotion. It was such a special way to document their day.

Their love for each other radiated through every moment and the energy from their guests was completely contagious. This day was full of so much joy, warmth, and genuine connection.

Once the speeches are done and the nerves have settled, drinks are flowing, laughter comes easier, and that golden hour light hits just right.

I love stepping away for a second set of portraits at this point of the day. Not for long, just enough time to breathe, reflect, and soak it all in together before the evening kicks off.

It means less time away from guests straight after the ceremony, more time being present, and a completely different feel to your photos. Softer and more relaxed ๐Ÿค
