🌿My photography has taken me on a path helping fellow women in business, which I’m incredibly grateful for. But today on St David’s Day, I feel called to honour my beginnings🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

🌿Photographing our land is my true love. I capture the simple things, the paths trodden by many before me, the ancient places that help us pause and remember, the trees that remain steadfast..

🌿This little fellow.. a herdwick lamb, was captured in a meadow last spring, at a place very close to my heart in the .. National Trust Beatrix Potter's Hill Top & Hawkshead

🌿It was on the repeat visits to the places she loved and cared for that I became most at home with my camera. The noise and chatter of every day life just disappeared, and my creativity flourished.

Every so often, if we’re lucky, we meet a person that we know is going to have a profound effect on our lifes…

Meet Laurie from 💗

I’ve attended Laurie’s circles and classes for a few years now, and every time I step through her doors, I’m met and supported by a community built on friendship and love 🌹

This community has nurtured me and my photography dream, and when Laurie asked me to capture her, I was honoured.. and nervous (would I be able to do her justice?!)

These images are taken across 3 occasions,
✨a weekly reflective flow yoga class with journalling.
✨a monthly sound, reiki and tea ceremony.
✨a Mabon Circle (Celtic/pagan celebration of the Autumn Equinox/harvest)

Gosh, it’s been a while since this lovely shoot!🌿
Things have been busy, and I’m excited as to where my path is leading..

But here is the lovely Elizabeth, returning for her second shoot, this time in the countryside. She wanted her images to reflect her love of nature, and its influence on her and her work. Elizabeth is an intuitive healer and is amazing at what she does 💗

We had such fun, with lots of relaxed chatter, and I captured her in some relaxed poses, and when she wasn’t aware.. 💗✨🌿

The greatest compliment is when you are asked back for a second shoot, this is for certain.. 🥹thank you Elizabeth, you look stunning! Xx
