Hello, hello! Remember me? I've had my head down, working on some gorgeous sessions, editing, printing, getting both pony & baby cuddles on shoots and completely failing to post any of it on here! 🙈

Well hello June! ☀️ I've had a delightful couple of weeks away and while it very much felt like Spring when we left, it definitely looks like Summer now... even if it feels like April with the weather changing it's mind every 5 minutes! 😵‍💫 ☀️ ⛈️

I'm not sad to say we completely missed the heatwave, not my favourite thing these days and we've had our fair share of sunshine and heat as we interrailed through France and Italy all the way down to Sicily where the only clouds in the sky were the ones we found at the top of Mt. Etna! I wouldn't call it so much of a holiday as an adventure but I don't think holidays are a thing with a toddler so we though we'd just embrace the adventure! Although if you're looking for any top tips I'd recommend skipping Naples with kids! Paris, Florence & Sicily were amazing but Naples was a little full on! 🙈

Anyway, I'm back and looking forward to getting stuck back into a Summer of shoots! If you've got a voucher to book in or are looking to get a date in for a Photo or Film shoot then let me know, I've got a handful of dates left this month and am taking bookings into the Autumn. My brand film for 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 is out in the world! I absolutely loved working with Elisabeth on this film and am delighted to share it with you all! 🤩

I have been on such a journey with my filmmaking this year and I have so many ideas and projects in the pipelines! I think my biggest takeaway from everything so far is how I have learned to approach a story/film/shoot in such a different way. Storytelling has always been so important to me and I feel film allows a whole different dimension of a story to come to light. It would be easy to talk through the process of how to make a picture frame but what I think brings Elisabeth's work and workshop to life is her passion and love for the process of handmaking a frame. 💚

I have busy working behind the scenes on my first brand film with Elisabeth from .images.framing this month and I am so excited to share the final finished film with you this week! In the meantime as I give it the final polish here are a few stills from the film. 🎥

Elisabeth has a meticulous eye for detail and her finished frames are stunning! 🤩 I was so impressed seeing the full process and the precision and care taken with her handmade frames. We had a great afternoon making this film.
