I've had a lot of complements recently, not just from the newly weds but also from their guests, completing me on how I conduct myself during the day. How naturally I blend into the day. I help organise when needed without being bossy. My job is to capture your wedding day without being intrusive and give you back your memories. Not turn up and dictate the day. It's your wedding. Not a photoshoot.

Beautiful day for these two yesterday. Emily & Vahn in the heart of Bury St Edmunds before we headed off to the Pavillion. Lots of laughs. Sunshine. Then a little bit of rain which made for some great photos. Such a lovely day. I need to start sharing more of my reviews. Just had this one come through. Love it ❤ Capturing a wedding day is a massive honour. I value and love all my couples.
To think about 4-5 years ago I was thinking of maybe looking into a different career. Partly due to the nightmare we all experienced called Covid and how it almost destroyed my business. And partly due to the saturation of poor, inexperienced yet very expensive photographers (I also know a lot of very good photographers) plus the rise of Ai, presets and instagrammers.
I’m glad I stayed. Reviews like this tell me I made the right choice. And for the last 2 year I feel like I’m really in my element. It all feels very natural to be at a wedding. I love the hustle. I love capturing the memories. I love interacting with so many beautiful people. There is no other job in the world I would rather do.
20+ years and over 700 weddings captured. I promise to never dictate a wedding. A wedding should be captured. Not staged. I promise to never use Ai or presets. That’s cheating. My work is my art. And your memories. And I ain’t going nowhere. Unless there’s a wedding lol

Something a little different yesterday. A windmill, a swimming pool, a heatwave, a beautiful ceremony by The Holistic Daisy and these two beautiful people tying the knot in front of their family and friends. Loved capturing the day for Gemma and Dave. That first pic is a recreation of a swimming pool pic I took at a wedding in Jamaica. Only difference is this one was taken in the middle of the day. But we made it work 👍📸

Another 8 USBs ready for delivery. These are weddings 28 to 35 from this year. Only another 27 to go lol starting with 4 in a row from tomorrow 😬 what a time for a heatwave 🥵 gonna be tough but it’s all good. I love my job and the happiness and memories I give with the photos I take.
