Capturing the light, layer, and depth of the Bonnyrigg countryside before harvest.
Using the rule-of-thirds gives that textured sky room to breathe, while deep focus keeps every detail crisp from the foreground texture to the distant cloud cover.

Which catches your eye first the sky or the fields?📸

Did you know Loch Maree was one of Scotland’s early Christian hubs? Back in 671 AD, Saint Maelrubha used an island on this loch to bring Christianity to the local Picts. Isle Maree remained a sacred site for centuries, famous for its holy well and ancient oak trees.🌳✝️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

What a view to wake up to!

Cheers OEX, what a great wee tent! 🙌🏼
